Three drivers of cost matter most. First, the panel count. Aluminum panels cost more than steel, and bonding procedures need certified equipment. Second, ADAS calibration. After a front-end hit, calibration is mandatory and runs $1,200 to $3,500. Third, structural work. If the frame bench has to come out, you are in five-figure territory, period.
