By using rivianautobody.com or engaging Rivian Auto Body (OCRV Center) for service, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and estimates

Online estimates are ranges based on the information you provide. Final pricing is set after in-person inspection and any required teardown. We document changes in writing before work proceeds.

Insurance

We coordinate with most major carriers. You are responsible for your deductible. We will not cut corners to satisfy a non-OEM insurer demand that compromises your safety or warranty.

Warranty

Our lifetime workmanship warranty is documented separately and transferable to future owners.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair we performed. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.
