How much does Rivian collision repair cost?+

How long is a typical repair?+
Most jobs ship within 7 days under our turnaround guarantee. Complex structural and battery-adjacent work runs 14 to 21 days, with a written timeline up front.
Will my factory warranty stay intact?+
Yes. We use OEM parts and follow Rivian Certified Collision Center procedures, which preserves your factory warranty.
Do you provide a loaner or rental?+
We help coordinate rentals through your carrier and have a small loaner pool for select customers.

Yes. We bill every major carrier directly. You pay your deductible.
Can I pick the shop or does my insurer choose?+
You can choose your shop in California. We will explain why a Rivian Certified Collision Center matters and document everything for your carrier.
What if the insurer wants to total my Rivian?+
We provide an independent estimate free of charge and help you challenge the valuation if appropriate.
Will my premiums go up if I use a certified shop?+
No. Carrier policies and premiums are based on incident history, not shop choice.

Is it safe to repair a Rivian after a collision?+
Yes, when done by certified high-voltage technicians. We isolate the HV system, verify zero potential, and document every step before any structural work.
Do I need to replace the battery after an accident?+
Usually not. We test the pack with Rivian cloud diagnostics. Replacement is required only when the enclosure or modules are physically compromised.
What is HV isolation?+
High-voltage isolation is the OEM lock-out procedure that disconnects the battery pack from the vehicle electrical system so technicians can work safely.

When is ADAS calibration required?+
After any front-end collision, windshield replacement, ride-height change, or when the system reports a fault.
What is static vs dynamic calibration?+
Static uses physical target boards in a level bay. Dynamic is a controlled road test. Most jobs require both.
Can I skip calibration to save money?+
Not safely. Without calibration, Driver+ may misread the road and AEB may misfire. We document calibration for your file.

Do you use OEM parts only?+
Yes, on all collision and structural work. We sometimes recommend OEM-equivalent for cosmetic items like floor mats, with your approval.
What if the repair has an issue later?+
Bring it back or send photos. Inspection is free and most warranty claims are resolved same day.
