Lifetime Transferable Warranty

Every collision and body repair we perform is backed by our lifetime workmanship warranty. It covers our labor, paint, and the integration of OEM parts we install. It is registered to your VIN, transferable to future owners, and documented in your repair file.

What is covered

• Paint defects (peeling, fading beyond OEM expectation, finish failures)
• Workmanship of welds, panel bonding, and structural repair
• Function of repaired ADAS sensor brackets and calibrations performed by us
• Refinish of parts we painted

What is not covered

• New damage from subsequent collisions, vandalism, or normal wear
• Parts not installed by us, or aftermarket modifications by others
• Damage from chemical exposure, fire, or natural disaster outside our control

How to file a claim

Bring your Rivian to our Yorba Linda shop or send photos via your customer portal. We inspect and either repair under warranty or document why an issue falls outside coverage. There is never a charge to inspect a warranty claim.
